About us

As a TPI Golf Fitness Coach and NASM Sports Performance Enhancement Specialist, I design customized training programs for and work with athletes of all ages to maximize power, improve movement efficiency and decrease risk of injury to enable a sustained high level of play for many years. For over ten years I have specialized in training athletes in a variety of sports including golf, tennis, hockey, swimming, baseball, softball and running with cutting edge strength and conditioning programs that help clients reach their peak performance levels.

I am a TPI Golf Fitness Specialist and personal trainer at New Albany Country Club. I have a passion for endurance sports and I'm an avid runner, cyclist and Ironman triathlete and former USAT All-World Triathlete.
